Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel boasts a stunning view of the pyramids and has decent cleanliness, although I encountered some issues. The staff could have been friendlier and more responsive, which affected my overall experience. While the location is fantastic, some aspects like the food prices and the service didn't live up to expectations.
This hotel has a stunning location right across from the pyramids, which provides breathtaking views. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, particularly at the Harris cafe where they really went the extra mile for us. However, the rooms felt dated and could use some refurbishing, and we encountered several issues upon arrival that detracted from our overall experience.
The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids, and the spacious rooms were quite comfortable. While the dining experience was enjoyable, especially the sushi and breakfast options, service was hit or miss, and check-in processes need improvement. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but it has some room for enhancements in terms of service and facilities.
We had a delightful time at this hotel, enjoying wonderful views of the pyramids and a fantastic breakfast. The service was attentive and made our stay even more special, although the rooms had a persistent cigarette smell which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere near the pool was relaxing, making it a great base for our visit.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While I felt safe due to the security measures and the staff were generally kind and helpful, the amenities were lacking and I faced numerous issues with my room. The dining options were decent, but service could greatly improve to match expectations. Overall, it's not what I'd consider a true 5-star experience, especially with the issues I encountered.
